Trend Analysis

Ceruloplasmin was normal at 29.10 mg/dL (reference 16–45 for females). This was part of the initial pancytopenia workup in November 2025, likely ordered to evaluate for Wilson's disease or copper metabolism abnormalities as part of the differential diagnosis.

A serum copper level obtained on the same date was 124.5 ug/dL (normal, ref 80–155). See Copper Serum. Together, normal ceruloplasmin and normal copper effectively rule out Wilson's disease and copper metabolism abnormalities.
