Trend Analysis
Bicarbonate has remained consistently within normal range (22–29 mmol/L) across all 12 measurements, ranging from 23.9 to 28.6 mmol/L. The absence of metabolic acidosis or alkalosis is clinically reassuring.
Notably, despite the persistent Hyponatremia and hypochloremia, bicarbonate remains normal. This pattern (low Na, low Cl, normal bicarb, normal K) is most consistent with a dilutional or SIADH-type electrolyte disturbance rather than a renal tubular or GI loss pattern.
