Interpretation
Two lipid panels available — both show a well-controlled lipid profile despite the patient's diabetic history.
2025-07-05 (Pre-AML, Devi Scans)
- All values optimal. HDL 69 is protective. LDL 75 is below optimal threshold.
- HbA1c was 6.7% (Hba1C) at this time — well-controlled lipids despite diabetic glucose metabolism.
- Lab: Devi Scans Pvt. Ltd. Approved by: Dr. Soumya Jose, MBBS, MD
2026-03-02 (On treatment, KIMS — Cycle 3 start)
- Mild increases: TC 165→173, TG 101→131, LDL 75→98. HDL decreased 69→62.6 (still >60 = protective).
- Triglycerides 131 (random sample) — below 150 cutoff even non-fasting, which is reassuring.
- TC/HDL ratio 2.8 (excellent, <4.5).
- VLDL 26 (normal, ref 10–30).
- Changes are modest and may reflect treatment effects, dietary changes, or random vs fasting variation.
- Authorized by: Greeshma M Nair MSc Medical Biochemistry. Bill No: L016926626.
