Trend Analysis
Anti-CCP antibodies were negative (<7.00 U/mL, reference ≤17.00). This was part of the rheumatologic workup during the initial pancytopenia evaluation in November 2025. The negative result, combined with the positive Ana (2.2 ratio) and negative Anti Dsdna (29.1 IU/mL), helped rule out rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions as causes of the pancytopenia.
The workup ultimately led to the Aml diagnosis via bone marrow biopsy.
