Trend Analysis
Complement C3 was normal at 140.0 mg/dL (reference 90–180). This was part of the autoimmune/inflammatory workup during the initial pancytopenia evaluation. A normal C3, combined with the negative Anti Dsdna and negative Anti Ccp, argues against active complement-consuming autoimmune disease (e.g., SLE with renal involvement).
